What is Symbolic Timing™?

Symbolic Timing™ was developed to address a long-standing challenge in astrology: how to integrate the complexity of planetary relationships within a chart.

While traditional astrology often emphasizes signs, houses, and individual placements, Symbolic Timing focuses first on the deeper structural patterns formed by planetary aspects and harmonic relationships. These patterns reveal the underlying dynamics that organize behavior, motivation, and development.

Rather than replacing traditional methods, Symbolic Timing establishes a clear foundation first—so that signs, houses, and other techniques can be applied afterward in a more grounded and coherent way. This is especially helpful in charts where overlapping patterns make interpretation difficult to synthesize.

Is this therapy, coaching, astrology, or prediction?

Symbolic Timing™ is not therapy, medical guidance, or prediction. It is a symbolic interpretive framework used for:

  • Structured reflection

  • Timing awareness

  • Meaning-making

  • Question-based inquiry

It may be used alongside therapy, coaching, astrology, or education, but it does not replace them.

How does this differ from astrology?

Astrology may be one of the symbolic systems referenced, but Symbolic Timing™ emphasizes structure, process, and timing cycles rather than forecasts or personality labels.

Astrology is welcomed as a language—but it is not required to participate.

What is Cognova?

Cognova is a structured analytical platform designed to organize complex symbolic information into coherent, usable insight. It supports the identification of core patterns, tracking activation and pacing, and integration over time.

Cognova does not prescribe interpretation or replace existing disciplines. Instead, it provides a neutral foundation that domain-specific approaches—such as counseling, teaching, or symbolic analysis—can be built upon and refined.

Cognova is currently a developing tool for practitioners and is not required to use Symbolic Timing™ services. It may be offered in pilot sessions to select applicants.

How do Cognova and Symbolic Timing™ relate?

Symbolic Timing is one way Cognova can be used, but Cognova itself is not limited to any single method or discipline.

How do I begin?

The best starting point is the Full Snapshot—a short written assessment of your current timing themes. From there, we determine whether a deeper Written Analysis or Guidance Session is appropriate.

What do I need to provide?

  • Your date of birth

  • Your place of birth

  • Your birth time (optional, but recommended if known)

  • A brief description of your current question or area of focus

  • The email address where you would like written delivery

If you don’t know your birth time, alternatives are available.

How long does it take to get results?

  • Free Snapshot: usually within 1–2 days

  • Full Snapshot: usually within 1–2 days

  • Written Analysis: 2–4 days

  • Guidance Session: scheduled by appointment

What is your stance on confidentiality?

All information shared is treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing the requested service. You may request that your information be deleted at any time.

Are there refunds?

Because this work is personalized and time-based, refunds are not available once work has begun. If a mistake or misunderstanding occurs, it will be addressed promptly and professionally.

I don’t know my exact birth time—can I still begin?

Yes. Many people do not have an exact birth time, and you can still begin with a useful starting analysis using your birth date.

Why are you offering the Free Snapshot for free?

Because it allows you to experience the approach before committing to a longer service.
It also helps people who are curious but don’t have full birth details available.

Can I ask follow-up questions after I receive my analysis?

Yes. If something isn’t clear, you’re welcome to reply with questions and I’ll help clarify.

What if I want a deeper analysis after the snapshot?
